How does the coaching take place?

We meet over a zoom call or if you prefer a phone call instead, that too is fine. Some people find they are shy in the beginning, so a phone call is best. As their confidence grows and they are happy to speak face to face, we then can move onto a zoom call. Others just find that the phone or zoom is much more convenient for them, we are happy to meet you either way!

What are the symptoms of ADHD?

The symptoms of ADHD are complex. Our blog posts help you understand the mechanics of the Executive Functions in the brain.

Is coaching like therapy or counselling?

Coaching is a collaborative process between the coach and the client, with the aim of helping the client maximise their potential and lead a more fulfilling life. It’s important to note that coaching is not a substitute for therapy or counselling, and individuals with serious mental health issues may be referred to a mental health professional for appropriate treatment.

I struggle with procrastination and motivation. I have ADHD.

Our coaching strategies provide help and support with skills for motivation and
procrastination. We help clients learn techniques to stay focused and to build confidence in their abilities.

How will I know to trust my coach to provide me the support I need?

We provide tools and techniques to enhance one’s ability to manage their time better. This is important because it reflects on your ability to maintain your job or for school aged kids, their ability to manage their grades better.

What are the symptoms of ADHD?

Our coaching offers a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to discuss their thoughts,
feelings, and aspirations. We work together in a partnership of trust and support, all under the umbrella of confidentiality. This is an important aspect of the training we receive through the International Coaching Federation. We will provide guidance and provide feedback as needed.
