The pattern of procrastinating until the final day of submission is not foreign to those who understand the frustration. My response is to request for mum to ask her son/daughter to make the call because I need their commitment… which seldom happens because guess what, they’re procrastinating. It’s not easy; and for all those wonderful parents who have a child who is a student dealing with ADHD, I get you! How does the coaching take place?

We meet over a zoom call or if you prefer a phone call instead, that too is fine. Some people find they are shy in the beginning, so a phone call is best. As their confidence grows and they are happy to speak face to face, we then can move onto a zoom call. Others just find that the phone or zoom is much more convenient for them, we are happy to meet you either way!

Is coaching like therapy or counselling?
